You can only
win if your:
- Prototype is functional
- Idea has business potential
- Technological solution is effective
- Presentation was clear and insightful
- Form Team from 1 to 5 peoplе
- Implement the idea within 48 hours
- Make it so good that the commission chooses your idea
- Your idea – you make the team. But we can also help!
- Implementation cannot start early!
- Only functional prototypes will be allowed at the demofest

HackAdtech'22 was the first hackathon we made public, and it went off with a bang! We decided to open the doors of our private event to more IT professionals to join our competition and share the experience of a true hackathon.

What is a Hackathon?
A Hackathon is only the most exclusive event, where programmers and people passionate about software development put their minds together. Such an event takes place over 1-3 days during which the talented participants must come up with ideas, and create various applications or solutions for the problem given.
What is AdTech?
Who can participate in HackAdTech Hackathon?
Everybody that is good at programming and can develop applications for the AdTech industry can participate. And here we include: designers, content specialists, programmers, analysts, or even aspiring specialists such as students or people that are passionate about this industry.
Yet, although you don’t have to be a programmer to participate, you must make sure to include one in your team in order to qualify.
What is the deadline for the registration?
How will the Hackathon teams be made?
A team consists of 1-5 individuals, out of which at least one must be a developer. You can register in the Hackathon with your ready-made team by pitching an idea. Or sign up to join a team, based on your skills.
Can I join the competition with my ready-made team?
Yes, you can join the HackAdTech competition with your existing team by pitching an idea. Just keep in mind that you have to create the prototype during the two-day competition, and not earlier. Otherwise, you could be disqualified.
What if I don’t have a team?
You can still apply. In fact, during the registration process, you can choose to enter the competition with your team (as the team leader), or ask to join a team based on the particular set of skills you possess.
Do all the team members have to be physically present at the competition?
The teams participating in the competition should be physically present at the venue (Limassol Parklane Hotel, Cyprus) at all times during the competition schedule, but some of their members can join remotely by prior agreement with the organizers.
